How to order online at Tiffin?

Sign-in to your account. Choose the subscription product and quantity you’d want to order.

  • Tell us where you are: Enter the exact delivery address with mobile number & mark your location on the maps so that we can check if we can deliver at your place
  • Select the start date of your subscription product. We select the nearest Kitchen for you so that we can deliver you fast.
  • Checkout: Choose the payment method and click Pay. Always make sure that you enter the correct phone number to help us contact you regarding your order, if needed.

I want to cancel my subscription. What should I do?

You can cancel your subscription any day before the cut-off time. Refunds will be calculated based on the number of pending deliveries from the date of cancellation. The refund will be made to your Tiffin wallet instantly. You can use the refunded amount to purchase any other products on Tiffin.

When will I receive my order?

Once you have successfully booked your order, your tiffin will be delivered to you on the day and slot selected by you. If we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations), we will extend your subscription date.

  • Brunch     : 08:30 AM – 11:30 AM

  • Lunch       : 12:30 PM – 03:30 PM

  • Dinner      : 08:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What are the delivery costs?

We offer free delivery of packed food to our customers.

Do you delivery in my area?

You will be able to check this detail at the time of checkout when you arrive on the payment page after entering your address. If we are unable to deliver in your area - we will inform you before checkout.

How will the delivery be done?

We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

I want products to be delivered to my home & office/college addresses. How do I place orders?

In this situation, if you would like your order to be delivered to multiple addresses, you will have to place different orders altogether. For e.g. if you want Breakfast & Dinner to be delivered at home & Lunch to be delivered at office, you will have to create two orders. One order will consist of Breakfast & Dinner and you will provide your home address when checking out. The other order will consist of Lunch product and you will provide your office address.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

As such there is no minimum order on quantity or value. You can choose any subscription product and we will deliver it to you.

Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?

What is My Account?

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at Tiffin. My Account allows you to track your invoice & payments, active orders, order cancellation, delivery details as well as see your order history and update your contact details. If you want to add new addresses or make changes to them, you can do so from this section.If you are a Brand Ambassador, you can check your settlements as well.

How do I reset my password?

You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An Mobile with a reset password will be sent to your Mobile Number. With this, you can change your password. Since we keep updating our Terms & Conditions, you will be asked again to agree with the terms in order to continue using the platform. What are the modes of payment?

We accept payments using two methods only

  • Online Payment methods - You can use your Debit Cards, Credit Cards or Net Banking Accounts to make the payment.
  • Tiffin Wallet - Use your available credits to make the payment. If your credits do not cover the cost of the product entirely, the balance payment can be made via Online Payment methods.

Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown?

No additional charges will be applicable. GST will be applicable as per Government Regulations.

Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card ?

Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card in website. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.
