1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.1 Cancellation: Orders can be canceled or modified by specific time or policy, e.g., 24 hours in advance before delivery. After this period, no cancellations or changes will be accepted.
1.2 Refunds: Refunds are only provided in case of non-delivery due to a service error on our part. Refunds will not be provided for missed deliveries due to customer absence or incorrect address details.
1.3 Subscription Cancellation: Subscription plans may be canceled anytime before the start of the next billing cycle. Once a billing cycle has started, no refunds will be issued.
1.4 The refund will be credited to the customer's bank account within 7 to 15 days
1.5 we don’t offer returns.

2. Food Allergies and Preferences

It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering. While we take great care in food preparation, we cannot guarantee that the meals will be free from allergens.

3 Tiffin delivery
  1. Kindly check booking history tab to check exact dates of your booked orders.
  2. Tiffin will be delivered between 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM for breakfast, 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM for lunch, and 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM for dinner.
  3. The Daily or Trial tiffin will be delivered within 1 to 2 hours.
  4. There will be no lunch delivery on heavy rains, riots, or in case of natural disasters, strike by Manfood.
  5. If the food is cooked and due to some circumstances beyond our control like heavy rains or riots, the tiffin will be shared with the underprivileged children and the amount will be non-refundable.
